DR VIOLA PIERCE
Hi, my name is Dr Viola Pierce. I am the CEO and the founder of the VP Nursing Leadership, Training and Coaching. I teach nurses how to work from their computers anywhere around the world making money and owning your own time. I am a nurse with more than 25 years of experience. The bulk of my career has been spent in emergency medicine. I became a certified emergency nurse in 2011. I am a John Maxwell certified speaker, coach and trainer. I have a passion for leadership. The morning show that streams live on Facebook and YouTube called, “Morning Infusion with Dr. V.” brings a great deal of enjoyment to many listeners. I am an international speaker but mostly loves helping nurses find their brilliance in family, fitness, finance, spirituality and leadership while making a profit from knowledge that they already know. Over the past several years, my coaching has equipped healthcare professionals to be spiritually and physically fit, financially stable to create resilience, decreasing error at the bedside and in leadership and to lead an awe inspiring life. CHRISTINA BULLUCK
Hi, my name is Christina Bulluck I have 20 years of nursing experience. I have spent the majority of my time at the bedside in the emergency room, but have worked in IV and Infusion Therapy both as a bedside nurse and as a nurse manager. I'm now the lead nursing instructor of first level nursing students at Nash Community College in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. I obtained my undergraduate BSN degree from Winston-Salem State University in 2014 and my Master’s Degree in Nursing with an Education Concentration from ECPI in 2016. I'm nationally certified as a CRNI which is not just for vascular access but for the safe administration of chemo-therapeutics and other high-risk specialty infusions.
MINNIE DICKENS
Hi, my name is Minnie Dickens. I'm retired from the Federal Government and currently in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. I graduated from the University of Phoenix with a degree in Health Care Administration. I know that a life of peace, happiness, and success begins with having a personal relationship with the Lord. I've had a love affair with creative arts since my childhood and enjoys acting and writing for the drama ministry at my church (Word Tabernacle).
KIM LANGSTON
Hi, my name is Kim Langston. I'm the Director of Emergency Services for Nash Health Care Systems. Prior to joining the team at Nash, I've served as a nurse in numerous departments, including nurse management roles at Duke University Medical Center, Wake Medical Center, Johnston Health, Vidant Medical Center, and Vidant Duplin Hospital. I've taught in nursing and EMS education programs since 1991 at Durham Technical Community College, Wake Tech, and Johnston Community College and has been an American Heart Association Instructor for many years. I have volunteered doing medical missions work, working with the American Cancer Society, and Relay for Life, served in leadership with the Emergency Nurse’s Association, sits on the board for the non-profit organization, “The Nurse Nurturer,” and is the current Clinical Volunteer Director for the North Carolina State Special Olympics.
CAROLINE CUSICK CRAWFORD
Hello, my name is Caroline Cusick Crawford. I have enjoyed a rewarding nursing career and I am thrilled to be partnering with The Nurse Nurturer team as this organization supports nursing professionals. I have had the opportunity to serve in the fields of emergency care, family practice, occupational health, quality, compliance, stroke care and nursing education. I earned an ADN from Nash Community College, have been credentialed as a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), earned a MSN and MHA-1 from the University of Phoenix , attained a BA in Communications from East Carolina University and completed a Juris Doctorate from Campbell University. I aspire to serve the citizens of eastern NC by combining my nursing background and legal expertise to advocate for NC's citizens, promote excellence in healthcare, educate health professionals about nursing malpractice, and support compliance with regulatory standards that improve quality of care.
