Dr. Viola Pierce, MSN, FNP-C is a Founder & CEO, mindset strategist, and reality architect — and the founder of The Infinite Healing Well. She blends neuroscience, epigenetics, and intentional mindset work to guide high-achieving women from survival mode into self-mastery.
With over 16 years of nursing experience in high-need, underserved communities, Shanekah has witnessed firsthand the emotional, mental, and financial toll that burnout takes on nurses and their families. That firsthand knowledge didn't just shape her perspective — it became her mission.
Her goal is direct: help women strengthen their mindset, upgrade their identity, and intentionally create the health, wealth, and freedom they want — on their own terms.

Jameisha Nicole Rogers, BSN, RN is the CEO and Founder of the Nephrology Nurse Leadership Network, LLC — an education and consulting firm based in Baltimore, MD. A nurse since 2009 and a graduate of Coppin State University, Jameisha has built deep clinical and leadership expertise across hemodialysis and home therapy programs in both acute and chronic settings.
Her career trajectory speaks for itself — from staff nurse to charge nurse, clinical manager, facility administrator, preceptor, nurse educator, and travel nurse before making the leap into entrepreneurship. At every stage, her passion for teaching, patient education, and safety compliance set her apart.
Today, Jameisha channels that expertise into a firm dedicated to elevating nephrology nursing leadership — proving that the skills built at the bedside are the very foundation of a powerful business.
